Perhaps the most respected ranking each season is the NFL Top 100 because it is decided by vote of actual NFL players. The list has been counting down from 100 over the past week and up until today didn’t have a single Raiders player on it.
Then today they revealed the list of players from 20-11 and all three of the Raiders you expect to see on the list were in that group.
Here is today’s rankings:
20. Browns DE Myles Garrett
19. 49ers TE George Kittle
18. Steelers S Minkah Fitzpatrick
17. Raiders DE Maxx Crosby
16. Bills WR Stefon Diggs
15. 49ers LB Fred Warner
14. 49ers T Trent Williams
13. Raiders WR Davante Adams
12. Raiders RB Josh Jacobs
11. Rams DI Aaron Donald
It’s nice to see Maxx Crosby ahead of Myles Garrett on the list as I think that’s where he belongs.
Davante Adams likely isn’t the highest ranked wide receiver as neither Justin Jefferson nor Tyreek Hill has been listed yet as the list is set to enter the Top ten.
Josh Jacobs would appear to be the highest ranked back at 12 as he is ahead of Austin Ekeler (21), Derrick Henry (25), Nick Chubb (29), and Christian McCaffrey (35), despite some of whom being ranked ahead of Jacobs in some other running back rankings this offseason.
