The head of the union representing NFL officials has vehemently denied allegations of bias towards the Kansas City Chiefs or any other team. The NFL Referees Association executive director released a statement dismissing claims of favoritism and conspiracy theories circulating on social media.
The executive director expressed gratitude towards Commissioner Roger Goodell for refuting the allegations and emphasizing that officiating crews are dedicated to making the right calls on every play. He highlighted that officiating crews do not favor any specific team, as they do not work with the same team more than twice during the regular season.
