Devin Hester has established himself as the greatest return specialist of all-time. While the NFL has been filled with many great returners, none of them quite changed the game like Hester did.
While Hester was a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2022, he wasn’t among the inductees elected this year. But that doesn’t mean he won’t get there eventually.
Hester not only owns the NFL record for most return touchdowns (20) and punt return touchdowns (14), but his impact on the game can’t be ignored. He made special teams exciting.
