Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos had their playoff hopes all but dashed Sunday night when they lost at home in the final seconds to the New England Patriots, 26–23.

The Broncos landed Wilson in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks before the 2022 season in hopes that he would make them Super Bowl contenders. Instead, he’s now had two rough seasons in Denver, and it appears that once again he’s not even going to lead them to the postseason. 

Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos are 7-8 on the season after losing to the New England Patriots on Sunday night.
