The Rams and Buccaneers are the last two teams to win the Super Bowl, but you’d never know that by watching them play today at Raymond James Stadium. These two former NFC powerhouses are playing a nationally televised game on CBS and viewers are having a hard time staying awake.
Buy Rams TicketsAt least, that’s the way Twitter has made it seem. Fans can’t believe how bad both of these teams have become, and not just based on today’s game. They’ve been bad all season, ranking 31st and 32nd in rushing and in the bottom 10 in scoring.
Here are some of the best reactions to the Rams-Bucs snoozefest, with the teams combining for just 13 points and 267 total yards in the first half with seven three-and-outs.
The Rams and Bucs should do the decent thing and cancel the second half

Bobby Wagner had such a great play on special teams just to sit down and come back out 30 seconds later

This game is so bad it's good.

BREAKING NEWS: The #Bucs and #Rams are both garbage.

Honestly shocking to see how bad the Bucs and Rams are. If it weren't for past success and some brand names, we'd be talking about this like some of those old Texans-Jaguars games where each team was on its way to 3-13.

this game is the physical manifestation of the sad trombone

Sean McVay is having the time of his life.

If I didn't know any better I'd think this Rams-Bucs game was a preseason game between the two worst teams in the NFL. Not the last two Super Bowl winners both desperately needing a win.

Rams should just throw a hail Mary every play and hope they come down with 3

It is mind-blowing to see how bad the Rams and Buccaneers offenses look in this first half. It's Week 9 and both sides look they're still working through preseason inefficiency.
