It was just a week ago that Denver Broncos safety Kareem Jackson hit Jacoby Meyers with a vicious hit up high that left the Las Vegas Raiders receiver with a concussion, which left him out of the Raiders’ Week 2 contest.
Fast-forward to Week 2, with the Broncos facing the Washington Commanders. Logan Thomas caught a touchdown in the second quarter … and Jackson flew in, helmet first, into the tight end’s head, a play in which he launched himself dangerously.
The result this time? He was ejected. And that’s the right call. Those type of hits have been outlawed for good reason, and Jackson needs to stop.
NFL fans called him out:

The #NFL may want to look into #Broncos S Kareem Jackson…
Back to back weeks where he viciously hit a player and left them down on the field because of it.
He was fined last week for the hit on Jakobi Meyers, now today for the hit he laid on Logan Thomas.
It’s a reoccurring… pic.twitter.com/SngjXdCWEt

Kareem Jackson needs to be suspended and Sean Payton needs to be banned from coaching. #bountygate2

Kareem Jackson is a scumbag.. back to back weeks? If that dude isn’t suspended at least a couple games the NFL isn’t really trying to address the concussion issue
