The Cleveland Browns selected three players in round three of the NFL draft. On day three of the NFL draft, the Browns selected six more.
After the third round, we looked at the three players that could be impacted by the team drafting:
- Martin Emerson
- Alex Wright
- David Bell
Then on day three, the team added three more offensive players, two more defensive players and a special teams player.
While not all of the team’s draft picks are guaranteed a roster spot, especially with all of the undrafted players being brought in by the team, their presence could have an impact. Players that may be thought they had locked up a spot on the roster now have one or two more guys to compete with.
Players that were not drafted by the current regime are always at risk of being impacted by a new draft but GM Andrew Berry was in the front office for most of those decisions.
