NFL Christmas Day: Schedule, Odds, & Halftime Performers

Christmas Day used to belong to the NBA but now the NFL is taking over.

Despite Christmas falling on a Wednesday, the NFL has scheduled two games that day.

Not only are there two games but the two games are big AFC matchups, featuring four playoff teams.

Below, we look at the NFL Christmas Day schedule, odds, and halftime performers.

NFL Christmas Day Schedule & Odds

Two major AFC games are scheduled for Christmas Day.

Both games will have playoff and seeding implications.

Kansas City Chiefs (-4.5) @ Pittsburgh Steelers

The first game on Christmas Day will take place at 1 pm EST and it will feature two playoff teams.

While the odds will likely change over the next month, the Chiefs are currently favored by 4.5 points.

As it stands, the Chiefs are first in the AFC with a 9-1 record and the Steelers are third in the AFC with an 8-2 record.

If the Steelers and Chiefs are still this close in the standings come Christmas Day, this game will have major playoff seeding implications.

Baltimore Ravens (-1.5) @ Houston Texans

The second game on Christmas Day will take place at 4:30 pm EST and it will feature two playoff teams.

While the odds will likely change over the next month, the Ravens are currently favored by 1.5 points.

As it stands, the Ravens are sixth in the AFC with a 7-4 record and the Texans are fourth in the AFC with a 7-4 record.

Houston will be fighting for playoff seeding in the AFC as they should win their division. Baltimore will be trying to either win the AFC North or keep a wild-card spot.

NFL Christmas Day Halftime Performers

It is not currently known who will perform the halftime show for the first game. However, superstar Beyonce is confirmed to perform for the second game between the Ravens and Texans at 4:30 pm EST on Christmas Day.

Beyoncé has performed at two Super Bowl halftime shows, headlining in 2013 and joining Coldplay and Bruno Mars on the field in 2016.
