Los Angeles played well on both sides of the ball, but the game was lost due to too many errors, missed opportunities, and uncharacteristic game management.
Meanwhile, the Jaguars are coming off a shutout victory over the Colts, 24-0.
Quarterback Trevor Lawrence was nearly perfect, completing 25 of 30 passes for 235 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions. Defensively, Jacksonville intercepted QB Matt Ryan three times, sacked him five times, and limited 2021 rushing leader Jonathan Taylor to just 54 yards.
The last time the two teams met was back in 2020, and the Chargers came out victorious, 39-29.
