Neymar has responded to rumours linking him with a move away from Paris Saint-Germain ahead of the upcoming transfer window. The 30-year-old has been linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge this summer, with the takeover of Chelsea likely to be announced soon.
Todd Boehly's consortium, who have agreed a £4.25billion deal to buy the west London club, are expected to 'push for A-list signings' to mark a new era at Stamford Bridge, according to the MailOnline. And, with the new ownership group eager to bolster the Blues armoury, The Telegraph indicate that, after player sales are taken into account, Thomas Tuchel is set to have £200million at his disposal to strengthen his side.
Chelsea's transition into a new chapter at the club has coincided with the French giants' decision to reportedly make Neymar available this summer. GOAL are reporting that PSG are 'not against selling' the Brazil international in the upcoming transfer window if the 'right bid' arrives their way.

Tuchel's side are yet to have been credited with official interest in the forward, who still has around three years remaining on his current contract at the Parc des Princes, but he would certainly fit the profile of an 'A-list signing.'
So, to settle the speculation, the Brazilian spoke on his future to OhMyGoal. Neymar said: "It's very true on my side that I want to stay at Paris Saint-Germain. Afterwards, no one has said anything to me. On my side, it's clear that I want to stay here at PSG."
The winger featured 28 times for the French outfit last season, directly contributing towards 21 goals. He's lifted 12 honours for PSG, though has failed to wrap blue, red and white ribbons around the Champions League. But, should Chelsea look to seal a deal for Neymar, the club must first wait for the takeover to be completed. Nonetheless, Tuchel is keen to get the ball rolling and begin a summer rebuild.
The Chelsea boss outlined his intentions at the club in the coming weeks. He said: "We are rebuilding, not improving the squad. We are rebuilding. This is always challenging, but we are up for the challenge.
"I don't know where we are from day one. What I can promise is that I will be here – if I can promise that – I will be here with full energy and positive energy no matter what. We will still work for Chelsea, and I refuse to think of negative scenarios. We will be competitive, on which level we will see.
"On how the delay and sanctions will affect us, there is a risk. It will be very challenging to make up for the disadvantage, given the situation of the other two teams: City and Liverpool, who are already improving the squad and set one benchmark after the other in all aspects of the game."
