Neil Lennon has been made the sensational favourite to become the next Celtic manager, after Martin O'Neill admitted he will consider his future at the club.
The Parkhead boss suffered a second defeat to rivals Rangers in a week on Sunday, either side of a loss to Ferencvaros in the Europa League.
O'Neill stated after the match that he would reflect on his position at Celtic over the international break.
"I will reflect on the games," he said.
"I’ll obviously speak to the board. And you never know, they may want to speak to me. But yeah, I’ll see.
"I’ve got some time to do that."
Asked what would happen if he reflected and then decided he could not improve the team, O’Neill replied: "By that time, I will promise you, I’ll let you know.
"I don’t know. I’ll have a look."
According to Betfair, Lennon is the favourite for the job should O'Neill leave, priced at evens to take the job for another stint.
Shaun Maloney is next in line at 3/1 with Scott Brown 6/1 for the job. Robbie Keane is priced at 8/1, with former Scotland boss Steve Clarke 10/1.
