Newsboy's horse racing tips and Nap for Tuesday's cards at Sedgefield and Southwell

Southwell Nicky Henderson

THE two-mile Vickers.Bet Proudly Supporting British Racing Novices' Handicap Hurdle at Southwell is an open contest, but PATIENT DREAM (2.35, Nap) can give his rivals a wake-up call at a decent price.

The four-year-old had useful Flat form when under the care of Ralph Beckett, before he moved to Oliver Greenhall this time last year and was sent hurdling but his potential since a wind op in February remained untapped.

He now runs for in-form Donald McCain, and can be expected to put in a bold showing on his first run for the yard at a decent price.
