A newlywed couple have been left “heartbroken” after discovering 50 gift cards with at least £700 in cash had gone missing the morning after their big day.
Kayleigh and Ashley Hanrahan asked guests to put any envelopes in a special postbox at their golf club venue in Wigan on October 7.The pair claimed it was full to the brim when they went to bed after partying at the Gathurst Golf Club - but completely empty less than 12 hours later.
Gutted Kayleigh, 29, says she and Ashley, 31, are devastated and the police are now investigating. Stay-at-home Kayleigh said: "We're absolutely heartbroken.
