Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe was able to recall Sean Longstaff for the final home game of the season after the midfielder got the all-clear after a foot injury.
Longstaff returned to the midfield engine room and replaced Joe Willock as he lined up alongside Joelinton and Bruno Guimaraes against the Foxes. The Geordie star's return was the only change to the side that hammered Brighton & Hove Albion.

United lined up with Nick Pope in goal while Kieran Trippier captained the team at right-back again. Fabian Schar and Sven Botman were the men in the middle of defence and Dan Burn continued at left-back.
In attack, Alexander Isak started out wide while 18-goal Callum Wilson led the line and Miguel Almiron was named from the beginning. Jacob Murphy was also back from a groin injury.
