Newcastle and Wolves chasing Brazilian full-back
Reports in Brazil, according to Sportwitness, claim Newcastle United and Wolves are competing to sign Brazilian full-back Dodo from Italian side Fiorentina this summer. The brief report claims both parties are keen on signing the 24-year-old, who has been a mainstay in the Serie A side this season.

The Italian press are yet to confirm any links between the two Premier League sides and Dodo, but say any investment would be viewed as a smart deal for interested parties.
Barcelona defender the latest big name linked with Newcastle
AS claim Newcastle United are the latest side interested in signing French international Jules Kounde. The centre-half was extensively linked with Chelsea last summer, only for a deal to fall through.
The 24-year-old has been forced to deny asking to leave the Nou Camp on social media in recent weeks, but that hasn't stopped the Magpies being linked with a move. Kounde has played on the right-hand side of Xavi's La Liga winning team, with Ronald Araújo or Andreas Christensen playing in the Frenchman's preferred position.
Xavi isn't reportedly prepared to give Kounde assurances he'll play in the heart of defence, with the report claiming his future becomes unclear. The report claims Eddie Howe's side have asked about the former Sevilla defender after they secured their place in the Champions League next season.
