Here are your latest Newcastle United transfer rumours for Wednesday, October 19.
Correa links
Newcastle could be 'ready' to sign Argentina international forward Joaquin Correa from Inter Milan, according to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato.
Correa joined Inter on loan from Lazio in the summer of 2021 and was linked with Newcastle ahead of this season before he completed a permanent move to the San Siro. The 28-year-old scored six times during an injury-ridden debut campaign and has fell down the pecking order once again this term.

He last scored for Inter in August and has notched just twice in 12 appearances across all competitions. Simone Inzaghi has opted for the veteran Edin Dzeko to partner Lautaro Martinez of late, and Correa's playing time is set to be further reduced when Romelu Lukaku returns from injury.
Calcio Mercato Web claim that Correa is poised for a move away from Inter and will cost in the region of £21.7-£26.1 million.
McKennie claims
Journalist Simon Phillips has revealed that Newcastle are 'interested' in signing Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie. Chelsea have also been linked with McKennie but Phillips has claimed that the Blues face stern competition from a number of clubs for the USMNT international.
Phillips revealed on Si & Dan Talk Chelsea's Substack platform: "Chelsea are monitoring Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie. Many clubs are monitoring the 24-year-old though. Chelsea join Manchester United, Tottenham, Newcastle, Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid, Leeds United and Aston Villa in being interested in the versatile midfielder."
McKennie has amassed 88 appearances in total since switching from FC Schalke to Juventus in 2020. Calcio Mercato reported on Monday that McKennie will leave Turin next year, adding that Juventus are willing to 'listen to offers'.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding his future, McKennie has still starred in all but one of Juve's 10 Serie A matches, whilst also featuring in all four of their UEFA Champions League games.
Dubravka
Manchester United are lining up a permanent move for former Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet, as relayed by Manchester Evening News via Belgian outlet Het Laatste Nieuws.
The report added that Man United pursued a season-long loan deal for Mignolet in the summer, but 'appear' to be eying up a permanent move in January following his performances in the UEFA Champions League.
Man United signed Martin Dubravka on loan from Newcastle on transfer deadline day in September but the Slovakian international is still awaiting his debut under Erik ten Hag.
Mignolet returned to his native Belgium in 2019 after spending six seasons at Anfield. He has won three straight Belgian league titles at Club Brugge and has propelled himself into the spotlight once again with his heroics in Europe this term.
Club Brugge sit at the summit of Group A ahead of FC Porto, Atletico Madrid and FC Porto respectively. They remain the only side yet to concede in the Champions League, with Mignolet keeping four consecutive clean sheets.
Manuel Neuer is the only other goalkeeper with an unblemished record in the competition, after Sven Ulreich was given a rare appearance in Bayern's 4-2 win at Viktoria Plzen last week.
