A look at the latest Newcastle United transfer rumours on Sunday, July 9.
Antonee Robinson agrees new deal with Fulham
Newcastle United have been dealt a blow in their reported pursuit of Fulham left-back Antonee Robinson. The United States international has signed a new long-term deal at the Cottagers to extend his stay until 2028.
The 25-year-old was a reported target for the Magpies who are looking to strengthen their left-back position this summer after qualifying for the Champions league for the first time in two decades. However, a move to St. James' Park now seems unlikely after agreeing fresh terms at Craven Cottage.

After signing his new deal, Robinson said: "To the fans who have stuck by me, supported me ever since I've been at this Club, it's been one hell of a ride. Some ups, some downs, especially off the back of last season, I just want to thank you for your massive support.
"I'm going to repay that support with a lot of hard work to improve myself, and continue to grow as a team."
Juventus reveal Federico Chiesa stance
Journalist Giovanni Albanese, who has been speaking to TV Play, and then relayed by Calciomercato.it, claims Juventus would be willing to listen to offers for Federico Chiesa in the region of €50million. The Italian winger has spent the last year and a bit recovering from an ACL injury but is back playing after a lengthy spell out.
The report claims both Newcastle and Liverpool are admirers of the Italian international, who hasn't expressed a desire to leave the Old Lady yet. Albanese said: “On Vlahovic and Chiesa, they are two different contractual situations and this it can make the difference.
“Vlahovic has a long contract, in case of permanence Chiesa would have to renew. Currently, he’s not waging war to leave Juve, but if an important offer arrives to play in the Champions League, he’ll evaluate it. Liverpool and Newcastle need to be monitored closely.”
