Newcastle United team news for Everton as Eddie Howe sticks with Manchester United XI

Eddie Howe named an unchanged line-up to the team who drew 0-0 with Manchester United on Sunday tonight.

Howe was hoping to make it six games unbeaten as Everton came to St James' Park. The Toffees must break down a defence that has conceded just nine goals this season.

Nick Pope started in goal with Kieran Trippier at right-back while Fabian Schar was passed fit to play in the middle of defence. Schar was partnered by in-form Sven Botman while Dan Burn continues at left-back.

Bruno Guimaraes, Sean Longstaff and Joelinton patrolled the midfield. Howe again named Miguel Almiron, Callum Wilson and Jacob Murphy as his front three.

And he named an identical bench to the one at Old Trafford with Elliot Anderson hoping for more minutes.

UNITED: Pope, Trippier, Schar, Botman, Burn, Joelinton, Bruno, Longstaff, Almiron, Wilson, Murphy
