Ian Harte says Newcastle United have done a 'really good' job on the transfer market to ensure that any new arrivals don't upset the atmosphere in the dressing room.
Eddie Howe has assembled a strong squad during his three transfer windows at the helm, and added Anthony Gordon, Harrison Ashby and Garang Kuol to his pack in January.
The Magpies are not only flying in the Premier League, but they also booked their place in the Carabao Cup final with a victory over Southampton in midweek.

Newcastle sit fourth in the Premier League, and have gone a remarkable 16 league games without tasting defeat. Furthermore, the Magpies had kept six clean sheets on the bounce before last weekend's 1-1 draw with West Ham United.
Although Harte once plied his trade for arch-rivals Sunderland, the former Leeds United left-back has admitted that he has attended St James' Park a number of times since his ex-Bournemouth boss took charge.
“I have a lot of time for Eddie Howe, I have been to many a game up at Newcastle, and I am delighted by the job he is doing up there,” Harte told William Hill and Footy Accumulators' No Tippy Tappy Football podcast.
“When they brought him in, it was purely about survival, and they ended up finishing in the top half of the table. The recruitment was good, Steve Nixon did a really good job in getting the right characters in to make sure they weren’t going to disrupt the dressing room.
"Kieran Trippier is an example; he has been there and done it and is a great player, and they have gone from strength to strength.
“I am delighted in the position they are in the table, I go to quite a few of the games. Hopefully, they can finish in the Champions League spots. I think if they can finish in Europe, every Newcastle fan will be happy.”
