Newcastle United sporting director Dan Ashworth has made another key appointment at the club's Academy.
Ashworth has hired Claire Burrows from Leicester City as Recruitment Operations Manager after spending the last four years with the Foxes. The Magpies have made a major overhaul in recruitment staff with regional scouts in place around the country.
Burrows, posting on her social media account, said: "So excited to announce that I will be joining Newcastle United as Recruitment Operations Manager. Great club, great city and amazing passionate people. "What a time to be joining - the aspiration and ambition of the club is only going up."

Newcastle have made around 20 new appointments at the Academy since Ashworth's appointment. Speaking about recruitment, Eddie Howe said earlier this season: "Recruitment is such a difficult thing," he said.
"We will endeavour to do the best we can, to make the right decisions for Newcastle United, as is always the case. "The work going into every signing is exhausting. It’s a long process, and that has to be the way because it’s so important."
Howe has added 17-year-old Lewis Miley to his squad and could hand him a debut at Chelsea this weekend at some stage. The likes of Elliot Anderson and Sean Longstaff have been key members of the squad this term.
