Luke Shaw has praised the role that Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has played in restoring the 'feel-good factor' at the club.
Man United lost back-to-back fixtures at the start of the season against Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford respectively, including a humiliating 4-0 defeat at the hands of the latter.
However, the Red Devils now sit five points adrift of Premier League leaders Arsenal, and have reached their first domestic cup final since losing 1-0 to Chelsea in the 2018 FA Cup final.
They will go head-to-head with Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, and go into the game with a record of 16 wins from their last 20 games across all competitions.

Shaw has witnessed the ups and downs of the club during the post-Sir Alex Ferguson era since his arrival in 2014, and has sensed the change in atmosphere since Ten Hag took charge back in the summer.
“I think there’s a lot more enjoyment now back in around the place – not just on the pitch but off it,” long-serving United left-back Shaw told the PA news agency.
“The staff around the training ground seem much more happier and in a much better place, and I think it shows on the pitch.
“I think we’ve still got a lot to improve on, but I think the signs right now are in a really good moment to show that we’re pushing in the right place..
“Of course still in four competitions and in a massive final that means a lot to us. It feels like we’re in a really good path and there’s a lot of enjoyment. The sort of feel-good factor’s back here and I think that’s all we really need to focus on.”
