Newcastle softball teams will come together for a charity gala day at the weekend honouring Stockton grandmother Satcey Klimovitch, who was murdered in her home in mid-2021.
Mrs Klimovitch's family have a long-running association with the Newcastle & District Softball Association, with several relatives playing in the local league and helping to arrange the charity sports day for Saturday, October 12, the organisation's secretary told the Newcastle Herald.
