Newcastle's Adderstone Group to create new luxury flats at former open-air school

Newcastle Ryder Architecture

Newcastle property development and investment business Adderstone Group has secured planning permission for 16 luxury apartments in Gateshead.

The company is set to create the new development on Anderson Green in Low Fell, on what is currently a vacant site adjacent to Saltwell Business Park.

The project involves the conversion of the Grade II listed former open-air school at the junction of Durham Road and Joicey Road in Gateshead.
