Fans from across the UK are travelling to Newcastle for the weekend to see Sam play at the biggest stadium in the north east, and what Sam described on his socials as a 'childhood dream come true'. But this added demand to see him perform live has rocketed the prices of local hotels.
Hotel prices in Newcastle city centre, near St James' Stadium, are coming in at an astounding £500 a night, on any generic day of the year these rooms would normally go for around £80 a night.
