Callum Wilson says he's saving his first England goal of the World Cup for a bigger game as he waits in the wings to replace Harry Kane. England's captain is yet to score at the tournament, with a contingent of Magpies supporters hoping Wilson is given a chance to start for Gareth Southgate's side.
The Three Lions look a different side, pressing from the front with the Newcastle number nine on the pitch, but Kane is one of the best strikers in world football. A selection headache Southgate is currently dealing with.
Speaking after the win over Wales, which sees England through to the knockout stages of the tournament, Wilson told ITV: "It's a good night, a special one. One that we needed to respond in after the last game. The performance was a little bit flat so, today we knew if we focussed on the performance then the result would then come off the back of it.
