A trendy bar in Newcastle has been named one of the most Instagrammable in the UK. Researchers looked at drinking venues across the country and analysed the number of hashtags each received on the social media site.
On the final list, Jalou in Neville Street, Newcastle came 13th, one of the few bars outside of London to get to the top of the table for the report, with 1,818 hash tags.
The low-lit, late-night bar with an impressive amount of cocktails on offer has proved popular youngsters since it opened around a decade ago.
