New zipline course opens in the Dublin Mountains just in time for summer

Dublin Catherine Martin

A new zipline course has opened in the Dublin Mountains just in time for summer.

Zip Trail is a new course at Zipit Forest Adventures in Tibradden Wood consisting of 18 treetop elements including 12 ziplines totalling over 500 metres in length and will give visitors a "different type of wild and wonderful experience".

The course is suitable for anyone aged 12 and over and can be booked as an add-on for just €10 per person when purchasing a session on the high ropes course at Zipit Forest Adventures. Zip Trail was officially opened by Minister Catherine Martin this week, who said there is an "increased demand for outdoor activities among visitors and communities alike".
