New Zealand captain Kane Williamson to miss World Cup clash against Netherlands

NEW DELHI: New Zealand captain Kane Williamson will be absent from Monday's World Cup match against the Netherlands but is anticipated to rejoin the team later in the week, according to coach Gary Stead in Hyderabad on Sunday.

Williamson is still in the process of recovering from a knee injury that kept him out of action for six months, although he did participate in the World Cup warm-up series last week.
