The New York Yankees will meet the Houston Astros in Game 1 of the ALCS on Wednesday night from Minute Maid Park.
The Yankees are coming off a series where they took out the Guardians in five games and will now travel to Houston for Game 1 tonight. The Yankees will be playing on no rest but will send out Jameson Taillon with an extra day of rest. Meanwhile, the Astros have not played since Saturday after knocking off the Mariners in the division series, they will have Justin Verlander taking the mound, who has a 4-1 all-time postseason record against New York.
