A New York City shopper has sued Vive Organic, alleging that its 2-ounce Immunity Boost wellness shots cannot boost the immune system and that a "Doctor Crafted" label overstates the expertise behind them. The proposed class action, Briceno v. Vive Organic, Inc., was filed on Sept. 25 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and reported by ClassAction.org on Oct. 20.
The claims are allegations, not findings. No court has ruled on them.
