NYC congestion fee upheld by a federal judge after Trump moved to axe it

A federal judge has blocked President Donald Trump's administration's efforts to halt New York’s first-in-the-nation congestion fee.

The charge, meant to reduce traffic and pump revenue into the region’s aging transit system, went into effect in January 2025, but Trump immediately moved to axe it.
