It’s New Year's Day and some people will be heading out to the shops to stock up again after last night's festivities.
Whether you want to fill up on healthy food to get 2023 off to a good start, or hit the January sales, be prepared that some stores are remaining closed today to give staff that extra bit of time off.
Because New Year's Day falls on a Sunday this year, some stores will also have slight shorter opening times tomorrow, as it is classed as a bank holiday.
