We'll welcome 2023 later this week, and while it is a period full of hope and excitement for many, it is also a period of disrupted bin pick-ups.
Taking out the bin can become an important job around this time, as there will be plenty of waste that has built up over the festive season.
Like many others, waste workers will be seeing in the new year with their loved ones. That means pickup days usually vary a little in this period, so it's worth checking ahead before taking your bins out.
