New Warwick HQ for L&Q Estates

Warwick

National strategic land developer L&Q Estates has relocated to a new home after acquiring a 20,000 sq ft building in Warwick.

The company and its 45-strong workforce have completed the one-mile move to Hyperion House at Tachbrook Park.

The three-storey building has been extensively refurbished and now boasts open plan and individual offices, new LED lighting and on-site parking.
