Wales' rugby players were taken out of their usual training environment and thrown into a gruelling off-site boot camp at short notice as preparations for the Rugby World Cup were taken up a notch.
The Welsh Rugby Union have released footage from the latest fitness beasting the national team have been subjected to at The Green Mile outdoor gym in Taff's Well.
Players were seemingly unaware of what was in store for them as Warren Gatland and fitness guru Huw Bennett sprung a surprise in camp.
The Green Mile is described as a "health, wellness and team building facility" that stretches across a 110-acre landscape. It proved to be a punishing but rewarding day.
Among the tasks set were rope climbing, swimming and log-carrying, which the Wales soon became accustomed to in sweltering conditions.
In what has become a familiar sight in recent weeks, some of the players were absolutely spent after leaving nothing in the tank. Taine Basham, Gareth Anscombe and Liam Williams can be seen stood together in complete silence, dripping wet and simply having a moment to catch their breath.

Head of physical performance Huw Bennett was over the moon with the effort from his team.
"We're all very proud of you, with what you've done today. You've come into it, it's the unknown. We gave you a tiny heads up yesterday with what was coming. Yes, we want to get something from it, but it's more about just putting us in an uncomfortable situation.
"I'm a big believer in - if you're going to do something, do it properly - so what the boys have put on for you today, in my opinion, it's been outstanding."
Head coach Warren Gatland was also delighted to see the team putting in a shift, delivering a speech to his players at the end.
"I know there was an element of us knowing what was going to happen, but it kind of relates to a game," Gatland said. Sometimes things don't go to plan in a game, we've just got to adapt, we've got to make different plans, we've got to just be in the moment in how we do something.
"We put ourselves in an uncomfortable position today, you were brilliant. Thanks for Benny for organising, Chris and the boys you're absolutely outstanding.
"But you guys dug deep, I think the big thing for us is working for each other and encouraging each other, we're never giving up."
There are now just five more days before all players join camp ahead of the first set of squad cuts.
The group will then head to Switzerland for high altitude training, before setting off to Turkey for warm weather training. From there the squad will be cut down again ahead of the 33-man final squad announcement later in August.
