A new chicken shop has opened on Sherwood’s high street. With plenty of takeaways to choose from, people have say they’ll give Perigo ‘a try.’
The new takeaway on Mansfield Road has a menu including burgers, wings and, of course, other chicken options. In Sherwood, people voiced their views on the newest addition to the eatery scene in the area.
Hairdresser Sam Wheeler, 35, who lives in Sherwood, said: “It’s a similar vibe to Nando's with the whole peri peri thing but it looks nic; I did see the balloons out the front on the first few days they had opened. A lot of different people pass through Sherwood or the time of school kids - people finishing work or parents doing the pick up on a school run so I’m sure a new takeaway will go down well.”
