Barcelona have reportedly submitted a fresh offer for Raphinha that meets Leeds United's valuation of the player. The Daily Mail claims the Spanish giants have won the race to sign the playmaker in a deal worth £63m.
The Whites' winger is understood to favour a move to the La Liga side despite a bid from Chelsea being the only offer to meet Leeds' valuation. Thomas Tuchel's side had a bid of £55m plus £8m in add ons accepted by the Whites hierarchy but the Brazilian has had his heart set on a move to Barcelona.
Financial problems have so far played their part in slowing a proposed move, but with Raphinha being left out of Jesse Marsch's squad to travel to Australia, it seems he's set for move away from Elland Road this summer. Xavi's side have sold some of their TV rights in an attempt to bring in some funds so they can operate in the transfer market this summer.

The La Liga outfit are also understood to be keen on a move for Bayer Munich's Robert Lewandowski as they look to reclaim the throne in Spain. The reported bid for Raphinha will come as a blow for Chelsea who are looking to bolster their front line.
The Blues are reportedly closing in on a deal for Raheem Sterling, while Nathan Ake could also return to the club.
