May is finally here, and Hulu has plenty of picks to whet your whistle with a fresh slate of streaming content. This month is defined by highly anticipated second seasons and similar ventures, making it the perfect time for returning viewers to pick up on new plot threads or for newcomers to find a show to get invested in.
Leading the charge is "El Encargado," which continues to follow Eliseo as his influence grows and the stakes around him become increasingly dangerous. With his longtime rival Matías Zambrano leading a conspiracy against him, the tension is about to get even nastier. Next up is "Rivals," raising the stakes in its cutthroat battle over the Central South West TV franchise. Tony Baddingham returns to face scandal and manipulation, wielding them as central weapons in a fight he is determined to win at any cost.
