Nike have opened a new concept store called Nike Unite at Blanchardstown Centre.
The store joins recent brands opening in the retail destination including the largest Zara in Ireland, Flannels and a flagship Bershka. The unique features of the store include an interactive service desk which can help customers with a variety of online and offline services and a community wall celebrating Dublin athletes as well as local landmarks and partnerships.
Sharon Walsh, Leasing Director at Falcon AM, asset managers for Blanchardstown Centre said: “We’re incredibly excited that Nike has chosen Blanchardstown Centre for the opening of Ireland’s first Nike Unite store. A compelling in-store experience is increasingly important to consumers and this new concept speaks directly to that."

The concept of the store comes as part of Nike's new global initiative to create a local home court for members and the most valuable destination for sport.
The store hopes to be a reflection of the heart and spirit of Blanchardstown Centre and to encourage everyone to get moving. The store will be training employees to be coaches through their Nike Community Ambassador program as well as partnering with Special Olympics Ireland and Foróige.
The store has signed a ten year lease and Sharon Walsh adds: “Alongside a host of other exciting signings over the past 12 months, today’s opening attests to the resilience of Ireland’s retail market and the ‘prime’ space the centre offers.
"Occupancy remains high and we have seen strong footfall since the beginning of the year - as customers visit the centre to enjoy our diverse mix of retail and leisure brands.”
April was a successful month for Blanchardstown Centre as the retail space experienced the busiest month in terms of footfall over the past five years.
