Scarlett Moffatt has been flooded with compliments as she was seen celebrating a week since welcoming her son into the world. The former Gogglebox star announced she had given birth to her first child five weeks early in an emotional social media post last Thursday (June 29).
To reveal the special news, Scarlett shared a number of pictures on Instagram after keeping her fans and followers updated throughout her pregnancy. She was seen sporting a hairnet and hospital gown as her newborn son lay on her chest while her boyfriend and new dad Scott Dobinson beamed alongside them in hospital scrubs.
Scarlett shared how the couple had welcomed their bundle of joy 35 weeks into her pregnancy at Durham Hospital before confirming his name as Jude Xavier Dobinson.

She then later revealed that she had been including hints about her newborn baby's name on social media in the weeks before his birth. The TV presenter had been receiving compliments on Jude's adorable name from fans but Scarlett revealed that she had been leaving musical clues before his arrival.
Alongside an adorable picture of baby Jude, Scarlett wrote: "I know I’m biased and have lots of oxytocin running through my body right now. But I can’t believe this bundle of beautiful is our baby boy. We’ve had so much love for Jude’s name. I did try and give you clues with the constant Beatles music in the background of my stories.
She added: "But thank you for the love and well wishes. Also, I’m doing great after the whirlwind of him coming so early, thank you so much for asking."
And Scarlett appears to be enjoying her first week as a new mum and left her fans stunned as she looks "amazing" just a week after giving birth to her son. The 32-year-old shared some sweet photos as she and her partner Scott Dobinson "celebrated the greatest week" of their lives.
On Instagram, Scarlett shared a number of snaps from the special occasion including one of her holding her son. And Scarlett was glowing as she smiled for the camera while Jude slept soundly in her arms. Scott was also seen winding his son before tucking into his lunch.
And not letting the occasion pass them by Scarlett took a picture of a cheesecake with a number one candle lit in the middle. "Celebrating the greatest week of our lives. Happy one-week birthday to our little Jude Xavier our little miracle baby," Scarlett typed alongside the carousel of images.
"Still can’t believe technically you should still be cooking in my belly & that you’re here safe and sound. I’ll be forever grateful." Here famous followers and fans wasted no time in filling the comments section of the post with compliments for the new mum.
