New mum Molly-Mae Hague appears to share daughter's nickname after 'playing dress up'

Molly-Mae Hague appears to have shared the cute nickname she has for her baby girl after the pair 'played dress up'. The former Love Island star has been giving snippets into her life as a new mum after announcing her daughter's arrival into the world last week.

She broke her social media silence last Monday (January 30) to confirm that she and her boyfriend Tommy Fury had become first-time parents. The couple, who met and fell in love on the ITV2 dating show in 2019, shared their first picture with their baby girl, who they have since confirmed they have named Bambi, and confirmed she made her entrance into the world a week earlier on January 23.

Molly-Mae and Tommy, both 23, shared a sweet black and white snap, which showed the pair beaming in the hospital with their bundle of joy, and simply captioned it: "23/01/23." It was 24 hours later that they confirmed their Disney-inspired name choice for their first child together.

Days afterwards, Molly-Mae shared a video of the moment she and Tommy arrived back to their Cheshire home as a family of three. She could be seen wearing a tracksuit and Uggs as she stepped cautiously out a minivan, while clutching her tiny bundle of joy close to her chest as she took her baby girl into what it now their family home for the first time.

Molly-Mae emotionally captioned the post: "Bringing the most precious gift in the world home. I cry with happiness every time I watch this video." And boxer Tommy was quick to respond as he simply wrote: "My family," with a red heart.

But Molly-Mae has since delighted her followers with a look at her daughter's closet filled with neatly arranged baby clothes and tiny shoes in neutral aesthetically pleasing shades. "Let’s play dress up," Molly-Mae captioned the photo, as she and her daughter wore matching pristine white outfits.

Cleaning guru Sophie Hinchliffe, also known as Mrs Hinch, was quick to respond to the post as she gasped: "Oh my A little girls dream right there everything." Bestie and fellow former Love Island 2019 star Maura Higgins also wrote: "I’m just obsessed."

But as some argued that Bambi will quickly outgrow all the gorgeous clothes her mum has ready and waiting for he, others were defending Molly-Mae and asked her not to be deterred by some of the backlash and negativity she has been facing. @newclaireevans said: "I don't understand when people get jealous + criticise people they don't know, I Love looking at the beautiful pics and the beautiful clothes."

@darbyymo added: "I am 100000000% unapologetically living for these posts. Please don’t stop sharing these moments, you are the cutest mom and Bambi is the sweetest angel. I can’t wait to keep watching your story unfold, from Love Island to a completely perfect fairytale. I am SO happy for you."

Meanwhile, Molly-Mae also shared the post to her Instagram Story and appears to have hinted at the sweet nickname she has for her baby girl. "BamBam," she wrote alongside a white heart. Molly-Mae also shared a photo of her ready to tuck into her spaghetti Bolognese dinner while Babmi rested in a baby carrier on the table.

Molly-Mae recently opened up about her labour as the revealed that she's had a natural birth with Bambi. "A lot of you have asked if I was able to have a natural birth as Tommy was wearing scrubs in our first pi," she wrote. "Yes I was able to have a natural delivery. I can't wait to tell you all about it soon. Biggest and best achievement of my whole entire life."
