A new restaurant plans to open in converted brewery buildings overlooking the floating harbour at Finzels Reach. Called Lamaya, the Lebanese restaurant will occupy the currently empty site in Fermentation Buildings South on Hawkins Lane.
Part of the rich brewing history at Finzels Reach, The Fermentation Buildings have been given a new lease of life in recent years as a mix of hospitality businesses and office space for companies including Channel 4. A working brewery from 1702 until 2000, The Fermentation Buildings have been home to several famous Bristol breweries including Courage.
