New Kilmarnock housing scheme opens in 'high demand' area of town

Brand new affordable homes have opened in a 'high demand' area of Kilmarnock.

The recent housing development at Witch Road in the town which includes 43 homes for older ambulant disabled residents built by the council’s strategic developer partner CCG (Scotland) Ltd welcomed new homeowners recently.

The development features a mix of one and two-bedroom-sized bungalows, designed to promote social inclusion for the new residents and features a private garden area and bespoke seating outside each home.
