New Jets wide receiver Mecole Hardman is all in on his new team and he showed off his loyalty in truly outrageous fashion.
Hardman, who spent his entire career with the Chiefs before this offseason, is truly embracing New York and showed off an absurdly large new Jets-themed chain coated in diamonds to prove it. The thick chain features two Jets halfway down the links on each side and then one massive Jet hanging off the very end.
But the sheer size of the chain isn’t the most absurd part. The piece is brought together by one final touch. The large Jet at the bottom opens up and reveals a miniature Hardman as its pilot in the cockpit. Flash warning:
Mecole Hardman’s new Jets chain is next level 🥶

Hardman was drafted by Kansas City in the second round of the 2019 NFL draft and was named second-team All-Pro his rookie season. He dealt with several injuries in ’22 and only appeared in eight games where he tallied 25 catches for 297 yards and four touchdowns in five starts, but he’ll look to bounce back on a new offense that now features Aaron Rodgers as its quarterback.
In March, he signed a one-year deal with the Jets worth $6.5 million with incentives. There’s no doubt this particular piece took quite a chunk out of his payday.
