A woman has sparked an online debate after sharing that she attended a wedding without a gift or card, and was later accused by a family member of “stiffing” the bride. She posted about the situation on TikTok under the username @caleysvensson, where the video has been viewed more than 386,500 times and received over 11,500 likes.
In her video, the woman explained that the week before the wedding was extremely busy. She said she serves as PTO president and was running the year’s biggest fundraiser, and that her kids were sick during that time. Because of this, she said she forgot to buy a card or gift before the wedding.
