Brighton hope to strike gold with another Irish teenager after signing Mark O'Mahony from Cork City.

Evan Ferguson and Andrew Moran are currently making a big impact at the Premier League club and striker O'Mahony, 18, was named Ireland's under-17 player of the year in 2022, and has played for Ireland at under-18 and under-19 level.

O'Mahony joins his new club after a successful trial and, having agreed a contract until June 2025, will initially join Brighton's under-21s.
