A popular tearoom chain known as India's answer to Starbucks is due to open on Liverpool's Bold Street.
Bold Street, in the thriving city centre, is known and loved for its extensive array of restaurants, bars, cafes, independent shops and more. There's something to suit everyone on the relatively small, yet bustling, street.
Soon, the space will become home to Chaiiwala, described as "the home of chaii and desi street food". There's 53 Chaiiwala stores nationwide, though the company hopes to continually expand.

Founded in Dehli back in 1927, it originated on the streets with the company's "founding father" selling cups of chai after his wife's tea recipes became incredibly popular. Decades later, his great grandchildren took the reins and opened their first store in Leicester in 2015.
Demand soured, with the Chaiiwala family opening more venues across the country. In its impending Bold Street store, Chaiiwala will offer chai lattes, garam chocolate and karak coffee, as well as a range of street food, rotis, all day breakfasts, desserts and more.
The front of the Bold Street venue is still boarded up, though signage states it's "brewing soon". The venue is also on the look-out for store managers, shift supervisors, kitchen staff and team members.
If you'd like to apply for a position, email your CV to liverpool@chaiiwala.co.uk. Chaiiwala Liverpool will be based on Bold Street.
