Property and planning consultancy Rapleys has taken new office space in Birmingham's business district.
The firm has agreed terms for 1,709 sq ft on the first floor of 120 Colmore Row to which it will relocate from 126 Colmore Row.
Partner Richard Crow said: "We were looking for space to accommodate future business expansion and 120 Colmore Row proved to be the ideal fit.
"We look forward to growing the business regionally from this base which is perfect for our current needs and enables the business to better deliver our core services."
Property agency Vail Williams was instructed in February by landlord Amalgamated Holdings Wilkinson which acquired 120 Colmore Row in 2018 and has since carried out a refurbishment and partial fit out.
Amalgamated Holdings Wilkinson director Jonathan Griffin said: "We are particularly proud of 120 Colmore Row, our most versatile and flexible office development to date.
"We are indebted to Vail Williams for effectively and professionally marketing the building and quickly finding an excellent tenant for the first floor."
Charlotte Fullard, associate in Vail Williams' Birmingham office, added: "It has been rewarding to find a tenant in such a short space of time but we are not resting on our laurels as there are another three floors of prime city office space to market."
