New 'F45' fitness gym to open in central West Lothian town

F45 West Lothian Livingston Designer Outlet Livingston

A new F45 fitness gym will open on Almondvale Boulevard in Livingston in August.

It will boast its own car park, luxury changing rooms and ‘Theragun massage gun’ to aid in recovery.

The new Livingston gym studio will be opened by Glasgow-based F45 franchise owner Michael Quigley, who introduced Scotland to F45 in 2019 when he opened his studio on West Campbell Street in Glasgow’s city centre.
