New England Patriots warned Mac Jones is "physically limited" as quarterback fined again

Mac Jones Patriots New England Patriots Bill Belichick Randy Mueller Bailey Zappe Eli Apple

Mac Jones has been slammed as "limited" amid the New England Patriots quarterback's struggles. The Patriots have struggled this season, with many fans calling for Bailey Zappe to be handed the starting spot.

Jones received a fine on New Year's Eve as a result of a low block on Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Eli Apple. The quarterback dove to the ground to halt Apple and send him tumbling while charging towards the end zone.

The quarterback has been poor this season, failing to repeat his Pro Bowl form from last year. After losing his spot to Zappe earlier in the season through injury, fans are starting to believe Jones should be benched permanently.
